Catering Agreement

Catering Agreement – Terms and Conditions 

This is a catering agreement between Wood Fire Pizza Townsville, known for the purposes of this document as the ‘Caterer’, and the ‘Client’ as the person or business booking our catering services.  

1. Service

Client and Caterer agree to the following:

1.1 Caterer agrees to provide service to the client for their private function taking place on.
1.2 For this event caterer agrees to provide 2-2.5 hours of platter service, depending on number of guests, adequate staff to serve the guests, napkins and supply of chosen menu.
1.3 Client agrees to provide the following: site access two hours prior to start of service, and power for lighting if required. 1.4 Client agrees to pay for travel time and fuel costs if more than 30 km from Townsville CBD.
1.5 Client must provide a safe work environment for caterer and staff.

‍2Deposit

‍2.1 Client is required to pay deposit of minimum $300 to secure booking upon signing thisagreement.2.2 Deposit is non-refundable if client cancels event within 30 days of the scheduled event.

3. Payment

‍3.1 For the above service Client will pay Caterer total amount less deposit within 7 days of the event.
3.2 Client may request additional services with acknowledgement that these services will be added to the total cost agreed upon by this contract, and must be agreed to in writing, either as an addendum to this Agreement, or in a separate document.
3.3.The balance on the total cost for the Event is due in full 7 days before the event less the deposit already paid. Invoices will be issued once numbers for event are finalised.

4. Guests

‍4.1 Client agrees to provide Caterer with the total number of guests no later than 7 days before Event.
4.2 Client agrees to break down the guest list into adults and children, and include any food allergies or special dietary requests, if applicable.

5. Menu

‍5.1 Client will, choose from Caterer's available options however menus can be tailored to suit client’s needs. Menus provided in separate document.

6. Cancellation Policy

‍6.1 Client may cancel this Agreement within 10 days of paying the deposit, full deposit will be refunded, unless the scheduled event is within 30 days of booking. After the ten days deposit will not be refunded for booking outside 30 days.

7. Juristiction

‍This Agreement falls under the jurisdiction of the state of Queensland and is therefore subject to all of Queensland laws and regulations
