What are your minimum numbers?

50 is the minimum for double oven hire for private functions. The single oven can be hired for smaller functions either with or without staff.

How much will it cost?

You can estimate how much the event will cost by knowing how many adults and children you expect at the event.

Our prices are as follows (excluding additional staff or travel cost +30km outside of Townsville)

• Pizza Standard Menu is $24 per adult and $12 per child.
• Pizza Gourmet Menu is $30 per adult and $15 per child.
• Standard Pizza & Nacho Combination is $34 per adult and $22 per child.
• Grazing Table Prices 4ft $650, 6ft $1200 and 12ft is $1800
• Desserts $3 per adult and $2 per child.

For example, your event is for 150 people (120 of them are adults and 30 are children).
You have selected 150 Pizza Gourmet Menus and 150 Desserts.

• Pizza Gourmet Menu is $30 per adult and $15 per child = (120x$30) + (30x$15) = $4,050
• Desserts $3 per adult and $2 per child = (120x$3) + (30x$2) = $420

The total estimated cost for your event is = $4,050 + $420 = $4,470

How far do you travel?

30 km is the distance we include in quoted price. We do travel further on request but need to add in travel time and fuel costs for staff. Extra costs factored on size of function and how many staff required.

Do hosts need to provide anything for service?

Trailers are fully self-sufficient with own water and use wood for cooking. If lightning is required a power point is handy however we can bring our own generator if required.

What space do you require for set up?

Our set up includes trestle tables, marquees and trailer and space required is 4.5m wide x 6 meters deep.

What kind of area do you need for setting service up?

A hard/flat surface is required to drive trailer onto. Soggy/wet ground will be difficult to maneuver trailer. We do not need to be under cover as our marquee can provide that.

What does the service look like?

Our service style can take many forms. We like to discuss options to suit your event. Pizzas are generally served by our staff from wooden platters we offer napkins to your guests with the pizzas. If your event is a seated one then we can also place platters at tables and change over regularly with fresh requests.

How do we book our event?

Bookings can be done on our website (please see the form above) choosing the oven for your event. A catering agreement will need to be completed and deposit of $300 plus GST paid to secure your booking. An invoice will be sent for deposit once booking received.
